How quickly do orders ship, once placed on

If the item is listed as “in stock,” it will usually be ready to ship within 1-2 business days, though some orders may take longer for processing.

During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some “in-stock” items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.

What carrier will be used to deliver my order? partners with shipping warehouses who utilize national and regional delivery partners based on delivery speed, delivery address, and inventory location. This means orders may deliver with any combination of carriers in order to ensure the item is delivered within the requested time-frame.

I decided I didn’t want my order after it shipped. Is there a way to return it for a refund and get shipping charges refunded as well?

No, once the order has shipped, even if it is refused and returned to sender, the refund applied by the shipping warehouse will not include shipping costs. Please contact Customer Care with any questions or concerns regarding order discrepancies.

Are there restrictions to shipping?

The following shipping and delivery restrictions apply to orders:

Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories can ship most items to any of the 50 states, but there is a $10 standard handling charge for all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Overseas Military can ship most items to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, but only by standard U.S. mail.

Dual Address and PO Box does not permit dual address shipments as they may delay order delivery.

To ensure the automated system recognizes a PO Box address, enter address as “PO Box #[number].” The Post office may hold packages if you do not have a PO Box and they do not provide street delivery. Please contact the Post Office for any held items.

International does not offer international shipping. Products can only be shipped to all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO/DPO, and the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico addresses.

What happens if the carrier cannot deliver my order and it becomes an “undeliverable package”?

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a refund (excluding the shipping costs). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would like to still purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order at using a new shipping address.

If you believe your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact us.

Why do carriers label a package undeliverable?

  • Our carriers may deem a package is undeliverable for any of the following, but not limited to, reasons below:
  • Incorrect or out-of-date address
  • PO Box format in error (Please enter PO Box shipping address as PO Box #[number])
  • Illegible label
  • Other address problems
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • No mail receptacle 

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

To ship items to more than one address, please create a separate order for each shipping address.
