10-Day Returns

Returns are accepted up to 10 days after purchase that meet the following criteria: 

  1. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition
  2. Include tags and, if applicable, shoe box in original condition (it's considered part of the product and if damaged or missing will incur fees).
  3. Sale priced purchases are final - no returns permitted (full price purchases discounted with coupon codes are eligible for return).

How to Return an Item

  1. Please email us at help@islandersoutfitter.com to begin your return request.
  2. Customer must purchase their own shipping label to return to: Islanders Returns 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy STE 201 Ft Walton Beach, FL 32548
  3. Send product(s) back to us and once we receive and inspect we will initiate the refund.

Islanders Outfitter does not cover return shipping costs.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Please email us at help@islandersoutfitter.com to begin your exchange request. We will confirm if item wanted for exchange is available etc
  2. Customer must purchase their own return shipping label addressed to: Islanders Returns 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy STE 201 Ft Walton Beach, FL 32548
  3. Send product(s) back to us and once we receive and inspect we will begin shipment of requested exchange.

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Original order shipping cost is non-refundable.
