10-Day Returns
Returns are accepted up to 10 days after purchase that meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be in new and unused condition
- Include tags and, if applicable, shoe box in original condition (it's considered part of the product and if damaged or missing will incur fees).
- Sale priced purchases are final - no returns permitted (full price purchases discounted with coupon codes are eligible for return).
How to Return an Item
- Click the "Start an Online Return" button and enter the email address associated with your order. Please use the order id provided when the order was placed.
- An email will arrive in your inbox that will ask you to select the product and reason for the return.
- Within 48 hours of completion you will receive return authorization notice along with a shipping label to the email provided.
Islanders Outfitter does not cover return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Options
- $8 Return Label - If you use the label provided, your refund will be reduced by an $8 flat rate for the cost of the shipping. IslandersOutfitter.com does not refund shipping costs, unless arranged with Customer Care prior to shipping.
- Shipping Carrier of Your Choice - If you prefer to use a shipping carrier of your choice, you may ship your return to the address provided in the final return approval notice. We recommend using a carrier who will provide tracking as well as insurance for your package. Please include your contact information and order number inside the return package.
How to Exchange an Item
- Click the "Start an Online Return" button and enter the email address associated with your order. Please use the order id provided when the order was placed.
- Select the reason for the Return as the Wrong Size or Color and you will have the option to place an exchange order for a different color or size. If promotional codes were used at the time of purchase the same discount will apply and the return label fee is waived on exchange orders.
