Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase on items in NEW and UNUSED condition with your original packing slip. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Shoe box MUST be returned in original condition as it is considered part of the product. 

Exchanges are easy! Our Speedy Exchange gets you the new size/color/style you need in the quickest manner possible. Just follow the procedure for completing a return and place a new order for the item desired. It's a snap! (Items purchased on cannot be exchanged by mail at this time.)

If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the item you’re returning and fill out the form found at this link.

Items are warranted defect free for a period of 30 days by (please read about Rainbow Sandals warranty claims here). After 30 days all warranty or defect claims should be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please contact customer service at 1.800.272.2065 if the item(s) you ordered has a defect.
All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

How do I return an item to

  1. Log in to your account on
  2. Click .
  3. Enter the email associated with the account.
  4. An email will arrive in your inbox, click the link to start your return.
  5. You will be asked to select the product and reason for the return of your item.
  6. Another email will arrive in your inbox once your return has been authorized, usually within 24 hours, then you will print a label.
  7. If you choose to use the label provided, your return for refund will be reduced by an $8 flat rate for the cost of the shipping. If you do not use the label provided by, you will not be charged $8. does not refund return shipping costs.

If you prefer to use a shipping carrier of your choice, you may ship your return to the address provided in the final return approval notice. We do recommend using a carrier who will provide tracing as well as insurance for your package. I received my item as a gift. How do I return?

If you are the recipient of a gift and would like to return your product, please start your return by emailing with the associated order number. We will help you return the gift for an gift card.

Can I return multiple items to in the same packaging?

If you are returning multiple items from one order, you may return those items in the same packaging. If you wish to return items from multiple orders, please create a separate return package for each order return.
